Oklahoma Sooners talent Baker Mayfield apparently holds a grudge.

Last season, the Ohio State Buckeyes celebrated on Oklahoma's field after beating the Sooners. This season, Oklahoma smacked around Ohio State, resulting in Mayfield getting his revenge.

Baker Mayfield wasn't just happy with the victory, though. He needed more than that. When the game was over, as his teammates were running around and jumping for joy, the quarterback sprinted to midfield to stick the OU flag smack dabble in the middle of the “O” on the 50-yard lines.

That's cold.

The Sooners scored 21 straight points on a trio of touchdowns to take a 31-13 lead in the middle of the fourth quarter that put the game out of reach. Mayfield, a 2016 Heisman Trophy finalist, accounted for two of those scores with a pair of touchdown passes.

For the game, the fifth-year senior passed 386 yards and three touchdowns in a 27-of-35 passing performance.

About that fifth-year senior part, right? It is all fun and games for Mayfield, as he got his revenge, but in the future — whenever that may end up being — he won't have to be the one asking for forgiveness when Oklahoma seeks retribution for his Harvey Danger impression.

For Ohio State, J.T. Barrett didn't have his finest day. He went 19-of-35 for 183 yards with no touchdowns and an interception. A lot of his counting-stats came in garbage time.

The win marked the biggest victory of Lincoln Riley‘s career. Here it is where it is worth noting that he is only 34-year-old, and doesn't exactly have a ton of games as a head coach under his belt.
