As Team USA awaits their next opponent in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil, the NBA stars have to find a way to pass the time. With the NFL season gearing up to start in a month, All-Star players Jimmy Butler and Klay Thompson decided to show off their many talents on the football field.
Butler and Thompson posted separate videos on their Instagrams of them going one-on-one, running after long passes from coach Monty Williams.
Both of the NBA stars show strong potential for any NFL team looking for a new wide receiver. However neither of them showed much talent on the defensive end. But honestly, who knew Monty Williams had a cannon for an arm?
It is exciting to see Team USA enjoying their moments on and off the court while spending time in Rio representing their country in the Olympics.
Team USA's next game is Monday, August 8 at 6 p.m. eastern time against Venezuela.
