The Golden State Warriors are missing Klay Thompson, and Stephen Curry is probably counting down the days until his Splash Brother returns to the lineup, especially considering a bizarre stat for the two-time MVP and his squad in the early stages of this season.
According to @JalenRose :
Steph Curry has single handedly outscored the other 4 starters in 3 games this season

It seems like such a bizarre stat but considering the Warriors starters' issues, it shouldn't exactly come as a surprise. Of course, one of those included Curry's ridiculous 62-point outburst earlier in the year.

Kelly Oubre Jr. and Andrew Wiggins have been rather inconsistent while Draymond Green is still doing all the little things but scoring.
While the output of the starting lineup is improving, Curry and coach Steve Kerr are anxiously counting down the days for the return of Thompson and the long-awaited Splash Brothers' reunion.
Rookie James Wiseman has been benched late in games and even got switched out of the starting lineup for Kevon Looney earlier in the week. Somehow, the Warriors are still finding ways to win games. Wiseman then responded by dropping 20 points after being benched, so maybe it worked out in Kerr's favor in other ways than he had initially planned.
Golden State is hanging around in the Western Conference with a 10-9 record. Curry has been playing at a high level, leading this team on a nightly basis, so the playoffs aren't out of the picture for the Warriors.
