San Francisco, CA – The Golden State Warriors are having a pleasant season for the most part. Lately, however, things have taken a turn for the worst. Since the All-Star break, the Warriors are starting more losing streaks than winning. Dropping games this late in the season could get them kicked out of the third seed in the playoffs.

After Sunday’s game, Jordan Poole displayed his interest in what seed the Dubs could end up with for the postseason.

“I personally haven’t really been paying too much attention to it,” the Warriors talent told ClutchPoints. “I’m just trying to come in every day and focus on the task at hand or the game that we have at hand. I know it’s out there, and Draymond mentioned it a little bit, but we got to find ways to win games like tonight. Before we even start thinking about seeding.”

The Warriors lost to the San Antonio Spurs 110-108. It was their second consecutive defeat. Poole and the Dubs got off to a slow start but fought their way back into the game. After a ton of controversial foul calls late in the game, Keldon Johnson ended up scoring the winning basket on an offensive rebound.

Poole finished the game with 28 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists. It was another impressive performance by the third-year guard, but it wasn’t enough to get the victory.

The Warriors’ record fell to 47-24 for the season, and they’re 4-6 in their last 10 appearances. They’re the only playoff team in the Western Conference with a losing record in their last 10 games.
