Golden State Warriors forwards Kevin Durant and Draymond Green have been ruled out of tonight's game against the Chicago Bulls, according to K.C. Johnson of The Chicago Tribune.

Durant had missed Sunday's outing against the Brooklyn Nets with a sprained left ankle and will do so again after playing against his former team, the Oklahoma City Thunder in a 108-91 loss on Wednesday night. Green is slated for a night of rest after playing in the team's first 18 games of the season and racking up six technical fouls on the season.

The backcourt of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson will be due for a “load management” rest from head coach Steve Kerr in the near future, but are fresher, having logged no minutes in the fourth quarter against OKC.

The Warriors have made short work of their opponents, despite sitting out their stars in Curry and Durant for minor injuries, but have also failed to answer the call against bar-measuring teams like the Houston Rockets, the Boston Celtics, and most recently the Thunder.

The Bulls are coming off three straight losses and eight of their last nine, facing a potent Golden State team that can use a win after two calls to action in recent losses.
