Second year man Jordan Bell got acknowledged for his performance against the Portland Trail Blazers. The Golden State Warriors center got it from none other than four-time All-Star and teammate, Klay Thompson.

In the post game conference after their 125-97 win over the Blazers, Thompson stated that Bell's stats are “Draymond-esque” as per Mark Medina of The Mercury News .

With the win, the Warriors snapped a four-game losing streak. It was their longest ever since Steve Kerr took over the team in 2014.

In the game, Bell recorded five points, five rebounds, seven assists, two blocks, and two steals. It was the right time to step-up, because the Warriors are currently lacking Stephen Curry and Draymond Green due to injuries. Green, who was compared to Bell by Thompson, is not known for his scoring, but rather by his defense and the ability to deliver in other categories.

The three-time NBA All-Star is a key piece in the current success of the Warriors. He is averaging 9.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game in seven seasons with the team. He isn't available because of a toe injury.

Bell's play helped lift the team to their 13th win in 20 tries. Kevin Durant and Thompson joined forces to fire up the offense with 32 and 31 points, respectively.

Two-time NBA D-League All-Star Quin Cook also got playing time and was able to record 19 points. It is a clear indication that the Kerr-led Warriors is a team to fear wit h his coaching style aimed at making everyone shine.
