Stephen Curry has dominated the Phoenix Suns within the last four seasons, but even more impressively is how consistent he has been putting points on the board against them.
The Golden State Warriors point guard has scored 25 or more points against the Suns in 12 straight game, the longest active streak of its kind by any player against any team, according to Elias Sports Bureau.
Curry's scoring totals have been more than consistent since his streak first started in Nov. 9, 2014, putting up a career-high against the Suns in his most recent game against them on Apr. 5 of last year with 42 points on 15-of-25 shooting from the field.
The Warriors will surprisingly see the Suns for the first of four times this season, with only 26 games left in the regular season. If the streak continues, it would be the first time in six games since Curry reached the 25-point mark, since his season-high 49-point explosion against the Boston Celtics took place on Jan. 27.
While it wouldn't be a hard sight to fathom, Curry has taken a step back in his aggression, making a more conscious effort to get his teammates involved as they gear into playoff mode.
Curry has logged five or more assists in 11 of his last 13 games, but will likely need to be in attack mode at all time without Draymond Green in the lineup to take some of the ball-handling duties away from him.
The Suns will be without their star player Devin Booker tonight, having lost five straight games and nine of their last 10.
