Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry will no longer have minutes restriction when they face the Denver Nuggets in Game 5 on Wednesday. However, Steve Kerr is refusing to say if he'll return to the starting lineup.

Curry has come off the bench for the Warriors in their playoffs series with the Nuggets so far after recovering from a foot injury he sustained late in the regular season. That has been effective for the Dubs, as they jumped to a 3-1 lead–only losing Game 4 in Denver.

As Anthony Slater of The Athletic noted, Curry is largely expected to return to the starting lineup, though Kerr has yet to confirm it.

The Nuggets found a way to stop Jordan Poole–Stephen Curry's replacement in the starting lineup–during Game 4, so it might be the best time to change things up and revert to their usual lineup with Steph leading the offense.

Curry has gradually increased his minutes from Games 1 to 4, starting off on a 20-minute limit in the first two outings before breaking the 30-minute mark in the last two. Now, he definitely looks ready to carry his usual load pre-injury.

It remains to be seen what Kerr plans to do. After all, Poole has really been effective as a starter for the Warriors while Curry comes off the bench. However, the mission is clear for Golden State: they can't allow the Nuggets to win Game 5 and have some confidence of staging a comeback.
