Golden State Warriors reserve forward Omari Spellman opened the new year with a sickening poster jam right over the top of Minnesota Timberwolves' Jordan Bell.

The sweet-shooting forward was outside the arc when he received a pass from Ky Bowman in the fourth quarter of their match at the Target Center. After getting initial defender Shabazz Napier off his feet with nice pump fake, Spell used a gorgeous euro-step to evade another defender on his way to the cup for a Warriors bucket.

He was then met by Bell at the apex, but Spellman's explosion completely took the former Warriors forward by surprised as he was victimized with one of the nastiest posters this season so far.

Spellman, in his first season with the Warriors, even drew a foul for good measure, as both him and Bell fell to floor after the impact.

The Warriors, however, came up short in the end game, losing 99-84 against the home team. Spellman contributed 10 points, five rebounds in the losing effort.

Next up for Golden State is a matchup against the Detroit Pistons on Saturday at Oracle Arena.
