Washington Wizards All-Star shooting guard Bradley Beal has scored 53 points in back-to-back games, joining Wilt Chamberlain and James Harden as the only players in NBA history to do it:

Beal scored 53 points on Sunday against the Chicago Bulls. He followed that up with 55 points on Monday versus the Milwaukee Bucks:

Unfortunately for Beal, the Wizards lost both of these games. This is actually a scenario many pundits saw happening when Beal signed his extension with the Wizards.

Beal is a star for a reason. Now, he is slowly but surely entering superstar level, but his supporting cast without star point guard John Wall is just not enough.

Beal entered Monday averaging 29.6 points per game. His average will jump to over 30.0 by tomorrow.
