The Washington Wizards are patiently awaiting the return of superstar point guard John Wall. It has been a long time since the star has graced the court, but it appears that he is making a lot of progress of late.

During pre-game warmups, Wall showed off that progress with a dynamic reverse dunk. Take a look at the dunk for yourself and enjoy seeing the process of his return to the court for yourself:

There is a good chance that Wall will not make his return to the court this season for the Wizards. Washington is planning to play it safe with their franchise player. Giving him the year off to focus on making his full return for the 2020-2021 season makes a lot of sense.

Wall only played in 32 games last season for the Wizards. In those 32 games, he ended up averaging 20.7 points per game to go along with 8.7 assists. The Wizards desperately need him back, but have accepted that this season will likely be a rough year.

All of that being said, this is great news for the Wizards and their fans. Wall is making progress and it's starting to show in a big way.
