As one of the best shooters in NBA history, JJ Redick has been a great addition to any team he's played for. With a tireless work ethic, great conditioning, and a sweet shooting stroke, Redick has always played a vital role in the success any team he's been on.

After a quiet season that was spent splitting time with the Pelicans and Mavericks, Redick is set to be a free agent this summer. Given his past successes and continued ability to play at a high level, Redick will definitely have his fair share of suitors in the offseason. Having said all this, lets take a look at the three best free agent destinations for JJ Redick this summer.

JJ Redick destinations: Brooklyn Nets

After an up-and-down season where the Brooklyn Nets were battling through injuries and constantly dealing with health and safety protocols that interfered with their stars' abilities to jell and build strong team chemistry, they fell to the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. After continually alternating games between hot and cold shooting, the Nets are in dire need of a reliable and efficient 3-point shooter that can be trusted to knock down big shots with the game on the line.

In JJ Redick, the Nets would be getting exactly that. As an elite shooting guard with a ton of playoff experience, Redick would be able to provide the Nets with veteran leadership and a much needed scoring punch off the bench. This may also be Redick's best chance to compete for a title before he decides to hang up his sneakers.

New York Knicks

After a surprising turnaround during the regular season, the Knicks wound up getting blasted in the first round of the playoffs by the Atlanta Hawks. One of New York's biggest issues was being able to match Atlanta's scorching hot 3-point shooting. The addition of JJ Redick would help alleviate this issue while giving them another veteran scorer who can provide some relief to Derrick Rose who was also their leading scorer all series long.

With Julius Randle and RJ Barrett emerging as the stars of the team, adding a savvy veteran like JJ Redick would give them a great locker room presence, strong leadership, and a quality 3-point shooter that could provide them with more scoring in their second unit. This would also  give the Knicks the right mix of young stars and veteran leaders. With Redick's work ethic and Tom Thibodeau's next-man-up style of play, this could be a perfect match for the veteran sharp shooter.

Philadelphia 76ers

Looking to bounce back in a major way next season and hoping to make some major changes to their roster this summer, the Philadelphia 76ers would welcome a JJ Redick reunion with open arms. He last played for the Sixers in 2019 when Kawhi Leonard's heart breaking buzzer beater denied them of an Eastern Conference finals appearance.

With big changes on the way in Philly, JJ Redick would provide much needed scoring to their second unit and give them another strong veteran presence in their locker room. Plus with Danny Green's return to the team highly unlikely, Redick would be able to fill that void nicely and re-establish his strong relationships with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons.

For JJ Redick, this would be a welcomed return that gives him another opportunity to pursue a title and possibly win a ring for the first time in his illustrious career.
