After turning in a fantastic win over David Finlay, Adam Page was handed a microphone to address his adoring AEW fans.

“Hanger,” in his first in-ring appearance since losing the AEW World Championship, addressed the elephant in the room, his chances of earning a rematch, and the fact that there is, in fact, more than one world championship in professional wrestling. With no chance to compete for AEW's top prize in his immediate future, Page announced his intentions to instead challenge for the belt currently held by Kazuchika Okada, the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship of New Japan Pro Wrestling.

This, funny enough, didn't sit particularly well with Adam Cole, who ran down from the commentary booth and delivered a verbal Panama Sunrise to his fellow Bullet Club member; declaring that if anyone deserves a shot at Okada's belt, it should be the inaugural winner of the Owen Hart Cup tournament.

And no, before you ask, we're not talking about Britt Baker.

Now, the rivalry between the two Adams, Cole, and Page is nothing new; the duo faced off in the main event of Revolution, in a Texas Death Match at Battle of the Belts II, and in more than a few other matches in between and have remained on shaky terms ever since, even as both performers went their separate ways, focusing on the Owen Hart Cup and CM Punk respectively.

Will the duo have to duke it out on the next edition of Dynamite to see who earns the honor of wrestling Okada at Forbidden Door, or will Tony Khan put on his thinking cap and cook up something else – a three-way match? – to make things more interesting in Chicago? Keep an eye on this one, folks; things are getting good.
