The Golden State Warriors sit at an incredible 69-9, needing to win their final four games to set the record for the most victories in a single regular season at 73.

To do so, they'll need to take down the San Antonio Spurs and the Memphis Grizzlies, twice apiece. As some of his teammates have acknowledged, Andrew Bogut believes the Dubs might be too set on making history rather than just playing their game, partially because of how it's being covered by the media.

“We're not focused on it but we get asked it every day, so just human nature, you're going to be thinking about it more than you should,” Bogut told Courtney Cronin of the San Jose Mercury News.

In losing two of their last three games, the pressure and media attention has spiked because they're only one loss away from only being able to tie the record.

At the end of the day, Bogut really only has one goal.

“The end goal is, whether we go 50-32 or whether we break the record, if we don't get a ring the season doesn't mean s**t,” said Bogut.

Of course, he'd love to set the record, but he's quite candid with his statement about it not mattering if the Warriors don't repeat as champions. Also, now that San Antonio's starters are expected to play tonight, their run at 73 victories is in serious jeopardy.

If Golden State wins back-to-back championships, Bogut could care less.
