The Buffalo Bills are putting the cherry on top of their Thanksgiving with a dominant game against the New Orleans Saints. The offense scored in each of the first three quarters while the defense held the Saints scoreless until the fourth quarter.
One drive in the third quarter ended with quarterback Josh Allen and tight end Dawson Knox connecting for a touchdown through the air, the pair’s second time linking for a score in the game.
On that drive, Allen surpassed 3,000 yards for the season, his third time doing so in his career. Only two other Bills quarterbacks have done that. Meanwhile, Knox set a single-season record for receiving touchdowns by a Bills tight end.
Dawson Knox finds the end zone for the second time tonight and seventh time this season.
That sets a new franchise record for receiving TDs in a season a Bills tight end.

On the Bills last drive, Josh Allen surpassed 3,000 passing yards for the third consecutive season.
Allen joins Ryan Fitzpatrick (3 straight) and Jim Kelly (5 straight) as the only Bills QBs to ever record three consecutive 3,000 yard seasons.

Allen joining Ryan Fitzpatrick and franchise icon Jim Kelly in the franchise history books comes at a time where he is also setting personal records for interceptions thrown. Still, he is well-equipped to lead the Bills into the playoffs and help them make another deep postseason run.
Knox has become one of Allen’s key targets this season, as he ranks fourth on the team in receptions and receiving yards. This game is his second multiple-touchdown game of the season.
The Bills finishing off the Saints and improving to 7-4 would be greatly important in their chase for the AFC East title.
