Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy has been one of the premier players in the league over nearly the last decade.

The 29-year-old added an impressive feat to his name during Sunday's 29-19 win over the New York Jets by becoming only the 30th player in league history surpass 10,000 career rushing yards.

McCoy is a uniquely talented running back that has shown to have a tremendous impact on both the running and passing game. He also has 430 career receptions for 3,324 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns. However, much of that success has come from his ability as a runner, as he also surpassed 1,000 rushing yards in a single season for the sixth time in his career.

All absurd … in a good way.

There have been no questions in terms of his talent on the field, but rather his ability to stay healthy throughout the course of the season. He has been riddled by the injury bug over the last couple of years, but has been able to play through various ailments.

McCoy is the first player since Frank Gore back in 2014 to surpass the 10,000 career rushing yard mark,. He joins Thurman Thomas (12,074 yards) and O.J.  Simpson (11,236) as the only Bills players to have at least 10,000 career yards. McCoy also sits alongside both Gore (13,858) and Adrian Peterson (12,276) as the only active players to have reached that feat.

What makes this all even more impressive is that McCoy, as long as he can remain relatively healthy, will continue to climb up the all-timer rushing yards list.
