It looks like we're set to get a new Bioshock game soon. A rumored Bioshock 4 title, which will be called Bioshock Isolation, is said to be revealed next year.

Bioshock 4 has been one of the most anticipated games of recent years. With games like Dragon Age 4 and Mass Effect Andromeda, and to some extent, Borderlands 3, Call of Duty: Vanguard, and Battlefield 2042, it feels like sequels to our beloved long-running series have ended up doing nothing but disappoint us. Hence, people will surely have a wary eye turned towards Bioshock 4. Still, anticipation is surely going to build up over the following months.

Bioshock 4 is rumored to be in the works, with the game being revealed sometime next year. Twitter user Oops Leaks tweeted a supposed leak on Bioshock Isolation.

Just some of the information shared about the purported Bioshock Isolation includes its setting: an isolated dystopian city, different from the worlds of Bioshock Infinite and Bioshock 2. It's said to be developed using Unreal Engine 5 and developed by Irrational Games veterans, but Bioshock creator Ken Levine is allegedly not part of the development team. According to the leaker, the game will be revealed sometime in Q1 2022.

The leaks also include a supposed slide for an internal presentation pitching Bioshock Isolation, showing that the game will draw inspiration from works like The City & the CityCitizen KaneWe, and Shantaram. The pitch was allegedly held no later than 2019, which, the leaker notes, might indicate that the information being leaked may no longer be accurate.

Is Bioshock Isolation legit? Is it going to be Bioshock 4? We wager that we'll find out in the next couple of months.
