It's been a couple of weeks since Game of Thrones ended, but there are still a lot of people who are disappointed with its final season, particularly with how things ended, and one of them is Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum.

In a recent episode of the Pull Up Podcast co-hosted by Jordan Schultz and McCollum himself, the latter expressed his dissatisfaction with GoT's conclusion

“It was a big letdown, honestly, I would imagine it was on par with…a lot of people's first time. The ending wasn't the way you wanted. It was too quick…they killed Dany too fast. The way she died, it was just like, what?”

“The way it ended…[with]…all these [potential] spinoffs with the Starks…Sansa was basically like ‘We're going to be Notre Dame, we’re going independent. We're leaving the conference…’…there was just so much that happened.”

Game of Thrones is considered as one of the greatest TV series of this decade, and after the seventh season which ended back in 2017, the expectations were at an all-time high for the eighth and final season, given the fact that it took the cast and crew two years to finish it.

After the third episode, which is known as “The Battle of Winterfell,” where the babyfaces took finally took down the Night King, everything went downhill for the series, as fans felt that the producers and writers squeezed everything in the last four episodes of the show, which led to a lot of moments looking and feeling rushed.

But what's done is done. No matter how much fans complain, the show's over.

And oh, the GoT directors also ruled out any speculations about possible spin-offs. So…
