The popularity of the hit T.V. series from HBO, Game of Thrones, has made it one of the most watched shows in history. As its episodes became much talked about, some parodies have emerged, including Bleacher Report’s “Game of Zones.”
Now that the series is in between seasons, the Game of Zones series has also discontinued for now. However, Portland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum recently made it known that he wants to see more of them soon. He took to his Twitter account to reply to a post made by B/R and asked for episodes of their parody to be posted again.

This just goes to show that NBA players like McCollum are also like regular fans who enjoy the content produced by sports sites. They also take time to read articles and watch clips during times when they’re free to keep them updated with what’s going on around the league.
Game of Thrones first aired back in August of 2011 and now has seven seasons, with the next one already being filmed. It is scheduled to be released by next year, although no exact month or date has been set yet.
It is understandable that it takes a lot of time for seasons to be completed as the production and set used is filmed in some remote parts of the world. The costumes and effects are also off the charts that they obviously take time to perfect, which leaves its fans anticipating even more of what is in store for the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones.
