The Portland Trail Blazers have been swept by the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals, but they didn't go down without a fight.

The Blazers did everything they could to stave off elimination, pushing Game 4 to overtime. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough as the two-time defending champions squeaked out a 119-117 victory.

One of Portland's best highlights in the loss was this poster by Meyers Leonard on Warriors' Draymond Green.

Leonard had one of the best games of his career against the Warriors, finishing with 30 points on 12-16 shooting to go along with 12 rebounds. He was arguably the best Blazer in this game, as he clearly wanted the win for his team. Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum also did their part to extend their life in the playoffs, finishing with a combined 54 points and 19 assists.

But when it mattered the most, it was the Warriors who had the finishing blows to finally put the Blazers out for good.

Steph Curry had 37 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists, while Draymond Green had his second consecutive triple-double with 18 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists. They led the Warriors to their fifth consecutive trip to the NBA Finals.

This is the third time in the last four seasons that the Blazers have been eliminated by the Warriors in the playoffs. It is unclear what their plans are this summer, but they certainly had a Cinderella run this year.

Unfortunately, it didn't end happily for them.
