Bogdan Bogdanović, Team Serbia’s young shooting guard, had a huge moment at the conclusion of their battle between the stacked Team USA.
After a valiant comeback effort in the final minutes of the game, Bogdanović has one last opportunity to save his team from a loss. Unfortunately, things didn’t go the way he may have wanted.
The combination of the difficult three point attempt and pressure to carry his team could have overwhelmed this sprouting athlete. Maybe it was just an off shot. Either way, it is a shot he sure wishes he made.
Bogdanović was selected 27th overall in the 2014 NBA draft by the Phoenix Suns. His draft rights were then later traded to the Sacramento Kings in 2016 with the 13th and 28th picks of the 2016 NBA draft and the Detroit Pistons‘ 2020 2ndround pick to the Kings for the 8th pick of the 2016 NBA draft.
