The Denver Broncos were unable to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 15, but that didn't stop a former Broncos quarterback from providing some humor. Following the game, Jake Plummer took to Twitter to make a funny joke about Drew Lock.

The game between the Broncos and Chiefs on Sunday had snow falling down throughout the entire 60 minutes. Due to the snow on the ground, CBS had digital hash marks on the field to help fans see them.

But on a couple of plays, CBS must have had some technical difficulties. While Lock was lined up in the backfield, he put his leg up and planted it on the ground as quarterbacks do when they are lined up in a shotgun formation.

Once he stomped his foot on the snowy surface, the lines on the field appeared on the national broadcast. Plummer joked that it was a ‘pretty sweet move' for Lock to control the visibility of the lines on the field with a simple stomp.

As for Lock's first game in Arrowhead Stadium, it was everything but sweet. The rookie quarterback completed just 18 of his 40 attempts for 208 yards and one interception.

Just the week prior, Lock was turning heads as he threw for 309 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception as Denver took down the Houston Texans on the road. The first-year quarterback showed on Sunday that he needs time to adjust to the NFL still and understandably so.

The Broncos are hoping that Drew Lock can finish strong in the team's final two games. It seems like Plummer will also be watching from afar as he watches the young quarterback develop at the quarterback position.
