The Denver Broncos used the 2020 NFL Draft to reload their offensive weapons. That included using a second-round selection on wide receiver KJ Hamler.

Hamler received his jersey in the mail not too long ago, and a video of the moment was posted to social media. The wide receiver had an emotional reaction, as it was the first time he had ever seen his name on the back of a jersey.

Hamler played College Football at Penn State. They don't put names on the back of their jerseys. Neither did his High School. So Hamler had never actually played football before with his name showing.

With that in mind, it's pretty easy to see why Hamler reacted the way he did.

The Broncos also drafted Jerry Jeudy out of Alabama in the first round and Tyrie Cleveland our of Florida in the seventh. Albert Okwuegbunam was selected in the fourth round as a tight end out of Missouri, completing their overhaul of weapons.

Despite all those names, Hamler figures to have a pretty big role immediately. So hopefully, he gets used to his name being on the back of a jersey quickly. Because he already seems popular, and if he produces up to his potential, the numbers are going to be staggering.

When that happens, Hamler won't be able to walk more than a block in Denver without seeing someone donning his jersey.

Broncos fans have a lot of reasons to be excited about the future of the team. And Hamler is a significant part of that. It's good to see he's just as excited as everyone else.
