The Cleveland Browns are going to the Super Bowl. That's the prediction of WWE superstar The Miz when asked about what he thinks will happen this upcoming 2021 NFL season. The Parma, Ohio native did not hide his excitement for his Browns during his interview with CBS Sports.

“If I can be honest with you, and I say this every year: The Browns are going to the Super Bowl…”

“Anytime you can put more people in the O-line, sure, address a couple of needs in the defensive area, and we're good to go. We're ready to go. Let's go. I cannot wait for this season. I think Kevin Stefanski has instilled a winning mentality into the Browns. And now people don't laugh at me when I say they're going to the Super Bowl. People say, ‘You know what, you might be right.'”

You can definitely feel the passion from The Awesome One there, delivering his bold claim in the same way he does his WWE promos.

As The Miz, whose real name is Mike Mizanin, mentioned, he has always made the homer pick for just about every year. However, this upcoming season, the two-time WWE champion may just have a point.

The Browns have made several key additions this off-season in free agency, as well as retained the services of wide receiver Rashad Higgins. They also fortified their defense with the signings of safety John Johnson III, cornerback in Troy Hill, defensive end in Takk McKinley, linebacker Anthony Walker, Jr., and defensive tackle Malik Jackson. And as Miz said, they will also get Odell Beckham Jr. back.

Cleveland is coming off a season where they made the postseason for the first time since 2002 and won their first playoff game since 1994. While they are not the odds on favorite, the Browns could definitely become a dark horse contender this upcoming season if things fall into place.
