The Cleveland Browns have failed to see much luck on the field since wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. went down with a torn ACL injury in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals. On top of that, the Browns also encountered ferocious winds in Week 8 against the Las Vegas Raiders and pushed through rough weather against the Houston Texans in Week 10, having hosted both games at their home turf.

Having gone through three games without Beckham on the field, Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry admitted the team's hardships of not having the three-time Pro Bowler at the helm, via the team's website.

CB.com: Passing has been difficult the past couple of weeks, but have you been able to gauge how defenses are guarding you differently now that Odell Beckham Jr. isn't on the field?

Landry: It's been hard. I think the last couple of games we haven't thrown the ball much so it's been hard to tell. I know I'm looking forward to good weather Sunday — one of these Sundays.

In Week 8 against the Raiders, the Browns were unable to find their rhythm especially on the offensive end with Beckham's absence along with the weather that they have to deal with, which eventually resulted in a 16-6 loss.

After their bye week, the Browns did a better job of adjusting to the circumstances as they managed to carve out a 10-7 low-scoring win against the visiting Texans. The victory was powered by their running back duo of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt who both exceeded 100 rushing yards apiece in the game.

Their most recent triumph helped the Browns to improve to a 6-3 record which still puts them in the thick of the postseason race. Despite Beckham's absence, Landry and the rest of the Browns will hope to carry on and continue to aim for their playoff aspirations this season.
