After appearing to aggravate his ankle injury on Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders, it's been reported that Cleveland Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett has suffered an unrelated knee injury and will have an MRI done on Monday morning, per Nate Ulrich of Akron Beacon Journal.

The one-time Pro Bowler sustained the knee injury in the first half against the Raiders but was able to play in limited action following the injury. He was able to finish the game with three tackles. If Garrett is unable to go in the coming weeks for the Browns, the injury bug would've successfully inflicted enough damage to a Browns squad that has already had their share of unfortunate mishaps.

They'll already be without the services of their No. 1 wideout after Odell Beckham Jr. tore his ACL in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals. They've also been without Wyatt Teller and Austin Hooper on offense as well, which could've possibly hindered their performance against the Raiders as they fell short with a final score of 16-6.

Garrett leaves a huge hole of production to be filled on defense in his possible absence. Entering Week 8, he is currently first in the league in sacks with nine for the season. He's also tied for first with four forced fumbles. As the primary juggernaut on defense, his numbers will take a multitude of efforts in terms of being replaced.

The Browns are fortunately going into a bye week in Week 9, which gives players such as Garrett additional time to rest up in the hopeful event that nothing major comes from his MRI on Monday.
