The Cleveland Browns are ecstatic to have a full season of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt in 2020, but Chubb could be sidelined for part of training camp. During one of Cleveland's first practices on Monday, Chubb was seen leaving with a trainer with a possible concussion.

Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com was the first to report Chubb's exodus from practice after the former second-round pick walked off of the practice field.

Similar to every player that suffers a possible concussion, Chubb will need to undergo protocols before his return. Seeing that Week 1 for the Browns isn't until September 13, he has plenty of time to be cleared to resume activities.

Entering the 2020 season, Chubb is projected to have a large role with the Browns under new head coach Kevin Stefanski. Last year with the Minnesota Vikings, Stefanski deployed a heavy dose of Dalvin Cook in his offense. Therefore, it's expected that Stefanski chooses to implement a similar scheme in Cleveland.

After coming up just four yards shy of 1,000 rushing yards as a rookie in 2018, Chubb rushed for 1,494 yards in 2019. Only Derrick Henry of the Tennessee Titans finished with more rushing yards a season ago.

If Chubb does happen to miss time, Hunt is more than capable of handling a heavier workload. In his rookie season with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2017, Hunt accounted for 1,782 scrimmage yards and 11 touchdowns. Despite sharing touches with Chubb and playing in just eight games, Hunt compiled 464 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns in 2019.

Once again, it's too early to tell if Nick Chubb is going to miss much time due to his injury. However, the Browns are more prepared for their starting running back to miss time more than most teams.
