Cleveland Browns superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is known for not being afraid to show his emotions.

And that could be exactly what he needs right now. Beckham is on a Cleveland team that severely underperformed in 2019. His numbers were still strong, but not exactly up to his standards either.

The wide receiver finished 2019 with 74 receptions for 1,035 yards and four touchdowns. Those are really strong numbers.

However, they are also the worst of his career not counting the 2017 season, where he appeared in just four games.

He's got to be frustrated due to that disappointing season. But he's ready to bounce back as well. And according to Charean Williams of ProFootballTalk.com, Beckham is ready to take his frustrations out on the rest of the NFL.

“This is how I feel,‘’ Beckham said during a discussion entitled ‘The Bigger Picture’ with good friends Cam Newton, Victor Cruz and Todd Gurley, via Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com. “I’m tired of playing your game. This year, I’m trying to kill. That’s it.”

Odell Beckham Jr. went on to discuss the reason why he decided to revamp his hair color:

“Each year I still have 1,000 yards and they want to talk about ‘you’re not the same player,” Beckham said. “I understand the game now. And that’s why you see the blond back. There’s nothing you can tell me.”

So Beckham went back to blonde. It's symbolic, and he's ready to be dominant once again.

The funny thing though, is that the receiver has a point. Even in this “down” year, he was still easily one of the best receivers in the game. But it's easy for people to gloss over that by pointing out that his numbers took a dip.

So think about those numbers that any team would kill to get from their receiver. Now, remember just how talented Beckham is. Finally, realize that he's angry and ready to prove himself.

This could be an incredible season from the receiver.
