Since retiring from the NFL, Peyton Manning has done many things. One of the most popular new jobs for Peyton has been as a video-cast superstar on the set of the “Manningcast.” He has had many famous athletes and celebrities on the show as he discusses Monday Night Football in his way, from his couch with his brother. On Monday, the telecast included Peyton getting real on why the Cleveland Browns were struggling to move the ball on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Clearly, Peyton does not trust Mayfield out of an empty formation or under center. That is a huge indictment on Mayfield, but even more so on Cleveland's offensive line. This was a line that the Browns have invested heavily in over the past two years. With just Jack Conklin missing from an offensive line that dominated the first month of the season, they really had no excuse for this poor play.

In allowing nine sacks, including four to T.J. Watt alone, they gave Mayfield and running back Nick Chubb no chance. Chubb was held to just 12 runs on the day because the Steelers were consistently loading the box to stop the run, then adjusting if it was a pass by rushing only four men and dropping everyone else.

That strategy only works if you are able to get pressure on the offense's five, six, or seven blockers with a maximum of four rushers…and the Steelers did exactly that. Along with Watt's four sacks, Pittsburgh also got two sacks from Alex Highsmith, one from Cameron Heyward, and one from Derrek Tuszka.
