The NFL free agency has been chock full of news since the market opened on March 17th. Teams around the league have signed or re-signed players to improve their rosters. As for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they've been able to retain most of their roster that just won Super Bowl LV.

In a turn of recent events, it looks like the Buccaneers are re-signing another major factor to their success from last year. Running back Leonard Fournette has agreed to a one-year deal with Tampa Bay, per Ian Rapoport.

Last year was Fournette's worst year of his career, as he only finished with 97 rushes, 367 yards, and six touchdowns. However, once the postseason hit, Fournette turned on the jets and helped secure victories in the postseason for Tampa Bay.

With a loaded roster, it looks as though the Buccaneers are reloading for another shot at the Super Bowl. With one of the best receiver groups in the league, a stacked running back room, and Tom Brady under center, the Buccaneers offense is primed to beat anyone in the league.

Fournette's return brings consistency to Tampa Bay's backfield. Between him and Ronald Jones Jr., the Bucs have a stellar backfield that gives them a solid 1-2 punch in the run game. Based on his playoff performance this last season, it's possible Fournette returns to former glory next year during the regular season.

With a loaded roster, it'll be interesting to see what the front office does in the NFL draft this year. They don't necessarily need rookies at the moment, as the Buccaneers are looking to win now. Keep track of Tampa Bay, as they could make a surprise trade during the draft this year.
