If there is anyone who knows what sixth round prospects are capable of, it's Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Tom Brady.

Every football fan is probably familiar with the story of Brady. Selected with the 199th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft, TB12 went on to became unarguably the greatest quarterback of all time. He has seven Super Bowl titles and three NFL MVPs, a clear proof that your draft position doesn't indicate what kind of future you'll have in the league.

Sure enough when the 2022 NFL Draft entered its sixth round on Saturday, Brady was one of the first few people to remind fans what they can expect from players picked in the said part and beyond.

“A good place to find guys with a chip on their shoulder,” Brady wrote on Twitter.

Tom Brady certainly couldn't have said it any better. While there aren't much expectations on players coming from the later rounds, that doesn't mean they lack the talent or ability to be a superstar in the NFL. In the end, all they need is just an opportunity to prove themselves and show what they can do at the pro level.

The Buccaneers did have one pick in the sixth round, taking Minnesota Gophers tight end Ko Kieft with the 218th pick. Surely, Brady will have high hopes that his new teammate will use that chip on his shoulder to pave a legendary career like his.
