Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is almost synonymous to winning. He has been so successful in his NFL career that whenever he plays, people expect him and his team to take the victory. While he has proven time and time again that he has the winning mentality, he admits it never gets easy.

As the Buccaneers continue their quest to fight for the top spot in the NFC, Brady highlighted how high the pressure is at this time of the year. With only a few games left, the top teams are all more than motivated to get that No. 1 seed for themselves.

With that said, Brady shared his recent talk on the Let's Go podcast about what he feels before and after every game, especially amid the huge expectations on him.

“Every time we win a game, I feel like “Wow, holy cow! It's almost–there's no do-overs. That's the thing. There's no do-overs. This isn't acting. There's no second take. This is live. This is in the moment,” Brady explained.

“There's so much at stake for all of us. It's not the winning and losing–yeah, that's important. But there's a lot on the line for individuals, for coaches, for families, for fans, for everyone that follows you. And you feel that expectation, you feel that pressure, you feel that anxiety and you don't want to let people down. You don't want to let your family down, because you know they're all watching. You don't want to let your friends down, because you know they're all watching. You never wanna let your teammates down, because they work with you. You don't want to let your coaches down, because they trust you. You don't want to let the organization down, because they're backing you.

“So when you win, it's such a relief, because you thin, ‘Man, for that week, we did it.'”

Tom Brady might be considered the GOAT quarterback, but there's no doubt that with success comes great expectations and responsibilities. As mentioned, the Buccaneers star is not immune to the pressure and anxiety that it brings.

Fans are so used to success with Brady than anything else aside from a title is a huge failure on his side.

That is certainly one drawback to greatness, though it is certainly awesome to see the Buccaneers quarterback get real with it and share that side that fans and other supporters don't usually see.

The Buccaneers are 9-3 on the season, but they know very well they can't be satisfied with that if they want to strengthen their bid to protect their Super Bowl title. The Arizona Cardinals currently lead with a 10-2 record, with the Green Bay Packers (9-3) and Dallas Cowboys (8-4) also in the fight for that top spot.

Tom Brady recently admitted that their Week 14 game against the Buffalo Bills is the “biggest game of the year” for them, and for good reason. After all, at this critical period, a loss would be a huge blow to their chances of dethroning the Cardinals from the NFC top seed.

Brady is undoubtedly feeling that pressure now as they prepare for the contest with massive playoff implications. By the looks of it, though, he is mentally prepared to help his Buccaneers stay in the race and keep competing until the very end.
