LeBron James, along with everyone watching the game on Saturday between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions, was excited to see Tom Brady connect with Rob Gronkowski on a touchdown. Ahead of Sunday's games, Brady shared his reaction to LeBron shouting him out on Twitter.

In response to James shouting out Brady, Tom Brady paid homage to LeBron by posting the historic picture of Dwyane Wade throwing an alley-oop to James when they were on the Miami Heat. Of course, Brady is comparing his chemistry with Gronkowski to the duo of James and Wade.

During the first quarter of Saturday's game, Tom Brady threw a deep pass to Gronkowski down the right sideline. With a pinpoint pass to his favorite tight end, Gronkowski was able to haul in the reception over a defender to give the Buccaneers their first score of the game.

Following Gronkowski's score in the first quarter, Tampa Bay would steamroll Detroit's defense through the air. Brady would proceed to throw for 348 yards and four touchdowns in just the first half. Due to his dominance in the first half, Tom Brady sat the entire second half of the game.

When Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski were together on the New England Patriots, they were one of the most lethal duos in the NFL. Even though Gronkowski isn't the same dominant player he once was, he's still able to be a mismatch on the field.

Over the past year, Tom Brady has become an active athlete on Twitter. And after seeing LeBron praising him, Brady wanted to return the favor by posting a picture of James catching a lob from Wade.

Tom Brady will make his first playoff appearance as a member of the Buccaneers in January. The Bucs will play an NFC wild card game on either Saturday, Jan. 9 or Sunday, Jan. 10. NFC seedings and matchups are still very much up in the air.
