Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is just taking their campaign day-by-day after garnering another win in their game against the Washington Wizards on Monday night. He claimed that he doesn't want to look too far ahead into the season and planned to enjoy the victory along with his day off tomorrow by enjoying his favorite food.

Via Stephen Whyno of Star Tribune:

“I'm looking forward to taking my day off tomorrow, enjoy my pepperoni pizza, my smoothie, my chicken wings,” he said. “When the time comes, we're gonna have a game plan, coach is gonna give us the game plan and I know my team is gonna be ready. I'm gonna try to be ready, too.”

It was just another day in the office for the Bucks as they faced a Wizards squad that has lost three consecutive games heading to the game. Antetokounmpo was his usual self as he notched an all-around effort of 31 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Despite facing a powerhouse team, the Wizards still managed to put up a fight led by Bradley Beal who produced 37 points, six rebounds, and five assists. Russell Westbrook and Rui Hachimura also joined the scoring party as they recorded 23 and 22 points, respectively.

Amid the Wizards' fightback, the Bucks still proved that they were a better team as they emerged victorious on a 133-122 win. After winning nine of their last 10 games, Milwaukee has now improved to a 25-14 record for the third spot in the East.

This season, many teams in the conference have significantly improved and are seeking to join the Bucks as title contenders including the Philadelphia 76ers and the Brooklyn Nets. However, Antetokounmpo is not too concerned about the stiffer competition due to the level of trust that he has in the game plan of his team's coaching staff.

Hopefully, having an efficient work-life balance will be helpful for Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks when they finally get to compete in the playoffs in the near future.
