Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is without a doubt one of the most prized assets in the NBA today. The Bucks are well aware of this and will do everything in their power to keep the 25-year-old in Milwaukee for as long as they possibly can.

There is the matter, though, of Giannis' current deal, which expires by the end of the 2020-21 season. There's no question that the Bucks will be offering him a supermax deal as soon as he is eligible by the end of the season, but until Antetokounmpo signs on the dotted line, his future with the franchise remains up in the air.

The reigning MVP has, on several occasions, pledged his loyalty to Milwaukee. Then again, Giannis has two brothers (Thanasis, Kostas) playing the league right now and another one (Alex) who will likely soon join them, which is definitely something that he keeps in mind. Recently, the 6-foot-11 forward admitted that it would be tremendous to have the opportunity to be on the same team with his brothers, be it in Milwaukee or elsewhere:

Right now, Giannis is already on the same squad with one of his younger brothers, Thanasis, who signed with the Bucks as a free agent just last summer. Kostas is with the Los Angeles Lakers after joining the team in July of last year.

The Lakers will naturally be linked as a potential suitor for Giannis if he actually becomes available. The Bucks superstar has added further fire to this flame with his recent comments, which will definitely get more than a few Milwaukee supporters quite nervous.

Of course, Bucks fans are currently more concerned with their team's championship hopes. Milwaukee is 46-8 on the season and looking like a top favorite to win it all, with a title certainly helping the chances of keeping The Greek Freak around.
