Milwaukee Bucks All-Star Giannis Antetkounmpo is an athletic, 6-foot-11 point-forward who has a growing offensive game and an aggressive, pesky defensive style. Go do the math on how scary he will be once he hits his true peak.

Add Magic Johnson to Antetkounmpo's ever-growing list of fans. Here's what the Hall-of-Famer told ESPN when asked if he notices the similarities between himself and the Bucks' do-it-all leader:

“Oh yeah… With his ball-handling skills and his passing ability. He plays above the rim I never could do that. But in his understanding of the game, his basketball IQ, his creativity of shots for his teammates. That's where we [have the] same thing. Can bring it down, make a pass, make a play. I'm just happy he's starting in the All-Star game because he deserves that. And he's going to be like an MVP, a champion, this dude he's going to put Milwaukee on the map. And I think he's going to bring them a championship one day.”

It's been well-documented how Magic is always wrong with his forecasts, but this might be one where he will finally get it right. Anyone who follows the NBA knows that the “The Greek Freak” is as real as it can get. All signs are currently pointing to his stardom. He's been dominating the Bucks' stat sheet every night, averaging 28.4 points, 10.7 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game, while also shooting 55 percent from the floor.

The Bucks will pay the Los Angeles Lakers a visit on March 30th. Mark that on your calendar as we could witness a great show from Antetokounmpo.
