When Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo walked out of a Mexican restaurant after waiting for only 10 minutes, everyone, including the owner, of course, went berserk. After all, the Greek Freak is of VIP status already. To see him leave after just a short wait must be a sign that something is wrong.

But Antetokounmpo made it clear that there wasn't anything wrong with the restaurant. As reported by Raúl Barrigón of Hoops Hype, the Greek Freak said:

“A lot of people [were] mad or upset… It was a long wait in the restaurant so I decided to leave because my ankle was hurt at that time”

Maybe fans need to make an effort to understand him. Antetokounmpo is in the middle of a battle with the Boston Celtics. Who knows what types of pain he's going through right now?

Yet despite this seeming misunderstanding, the restaurant made an effort to post an apology letter to the Bucks star via their Facebook account. They even offered him a free meal, which, as Antetokounmpo said, he would gladly take.

It's been an excellent season so far for the Greek Freak. In the regular season, he posted 26.9 points, 10 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game. What's scary about these stats? He's only 23 years old.

He's already considered the franchise player of the Bucks. So it's understandable that when he walks out of a restaurant after a 10-minute wait, the owners panic.

Yet he made it clear. The Greek Freak might be a meanie on the court, but off the court, he's a good person. His ankle is just going through a rough time.
