Giannis Antetokounmpo is not only The Greek Freak. He's also Superman.

The Milwaukee Bucks star showed everyone why Shaquille O'Neal passed him the ā€œSupermanā€ nickname, as he took flight from just a little over the free throw line in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series against the Detroit Pistons.

Midway through the third quarter ā€” and with the Bucks way ahead ā€” Antetokounmpo forced a steal and cruised to the other side of the floor unmarked. The three-time All-Star then took the opportunity to entertain the home crowd with his freakish athleticism.

Detroit literally had no answer for Giannis Antetokounmpo, and his one-handed flush from near the foul line is just proof of how unstoppable he was in the game. He finished with 24 points, 17 rebounds and four assists while shooting 52.9 percent from the field.

The Bucks led by as much as 43 points in the game before settling for a 121-86 victory, the team's largest winning margin since 1971. George Hill scored 16 points off the bench, while Brook Lopez and Khris Middleton chipped in 14 points apiece to help Milwaukee take the series lead.

Milwaukee will likely lean on Antetokounmpo again to lead them to a commanding 2-0 lead in Game 2. Of course, the team can't relax yet, but with Giannis playing like a true MVP and showing that he is an unstoppable force, they have every reason to be confident.
