Miami Heat and Dwyane Wade fans will definitely like this new development.
Following the surprising news that the Chicago Bulls may buy out the contract of the 12-time All-Star, there have already been some speculations on where he'll play next. While the Cleveland Cavaliers and L.A. Clippers have also been rumored to possibly express interest in his services, the Miami Heat remain as the favorites to sign him, as he spent the first 13 seasons of his career with the franchise.
Now, a positive sign has been reported that will make the reunion between both parties even more likely to happen, as tweeted by WINZ radio host Andy Slater .
Although it can be argued that the kids' transfer to a South Florida school may not automatically mean he'll play for the Heat once again, it still does not make sense for Wade to send him there if he won't be living in Miami. Being the proud father that he is, the 35-year-old always finds time to spend with his sons, and always wants them near him regardless of which team he plays for.
Dwyane Wade still owns a mansion in South Beach, which he did not sell despite deciding to play for his hometown team last summer. His next team may still be anyone's guess at this point, but with the confirmation Slater made, it certainly strengthens the belief of many that he will once again don the Heat's colors by the start of next season.
