Alex Caruso has taken Chicago by storm with his hot start this season but for Bulls head coach Billy Donovan, there's another player in the squad who has a noticeable star quality.

In his first 10 games for the Chicago Bulls, Alex Caruso managed to make an impact on his new team, serving as a ball of energy inside the court. His production thus far has been impressive, having averaged 7.8 points per game with an efficiency rate of almost 45% from the field.

Indeed, coach Billy Donovan is delighted to see Caruso does his thing. However, he is certain that it is Bulls rookie Ayo Dosunmu who has the “it” factor.

‘‘To me, it’s all about his makeup,’’ Donovan said of Dosunmu via Chicago Sun-Times. ‘‘You can watch a guy play for 10 minutes and figure out if he can play or not. It takes a long time to figure out that ‘it’ factor. He’s got the ‘it’ factor. And what I mean by that is, he’s gonna impact the game.”

Apart from being thrilled about Dosunmu's skill set, Donovan is also surprised with how the 22-year-old manages to draw the line between being “confident” and “arrogant.”

‘‘And [Dosunmu's] he’s got a great drive,” the coach raved. “He’s incredibly motivated. He balances really well that line of being confident but not coming across as arrogant. He’s a fearless competitor. And I think that kind of mindset is gonna serve him well going forward. He can’t lose that because, to me, that’s gotta be his identity.’’
