Jim Boylen is one of the most polarizing figures in the Windy City. While Chicago Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf and COO Michael Reinsdorf like Boylen, fans in Chicago despise the 55-year-old and are hoping new vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas will fire him.

But how do the Bulls players feel about Boylen? Forward Daniel Gafford revealed his thoughts on the Chicago head coach during a recent Twitch stream.

Karnisovas and new Bulls general manager Marc Eversley have had detailed discussions with players about Boylen, and most of them have ripped Jimbo. Chicago has gone 39-84 under Boylen since he took over for Fred Hoiberg during the 2018-19 campaign, and the team's two best players — Zach LaVine and Lauri Markkanen — haven't connected with him.

With that said, most Bulls fans are patiently waiting for Karnisovas and Eversley to part ways with Boylen. For what it's worth, the controversial head coach had a mutiny on his hands last season after trying to run a practice following back-to-back games, and he also got into a spat with LaVine this season.

If for some reason the Bulls execs decide to bring Boylen back for 2020-21, they could draw the ire of the team's supporters. The franchise has struggled immensely since the Jimmy Butler trade in 2017, so it's no surprise why fans have been clamoring for change in all parts of the organization.
