The Chicago Bulls botched a fastbreak opportunity as Jabari Parker overshot a lob pass intended for Wendell Carter Jr. But instead of blaming himself, Parker looked at Carter Jr. for the fault.

Check out the clip below as posted by Tyler Pleiss. It was a golden opportunity that could've sparked a run. The Bulls were down by eight points. And a highlight play like an alley-oop usually creates great momentum.

So whose fault is it? Was Carter Jr. to blame for not jumping high enough to catch the lob pass? Or did Parker simply fail to deliver the perfect pass?

Be as it may, the two definitely need to coexist for their team to rack up the wins. In their game against the New Orleans Pelicans, they suffered a 107-98 loss that brought their record to 3-9.

Jabari Parker logged a double-double with 20 points and 13 rebounds. Wendell Carter Jr., meanwhile, chipped in a double-double as well with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Zach LaVine led the team with 22 points. They brought in good individual performances but based on the clip above and the fact that they lost, it's clear proof that the Bulls need to get in some more work.

The Pelicans, for their part, got contributions from Anthony Davis, who scored 32 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. Jrue Holiday almost had a triple-double with 17 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists.
