Arizona Cardinals superstar Larry Fitzgerald is one of the best wide receivers to ever play in the NFL. He cements another milestone in his already-legendary legacy as he is now the second-best wideouts when it comes to all-time catches.

He has completed 1326 career receptions, with five of those coming from the team's disappointing 27-10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He moved past Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez. Jerry Rice, the all-time leader in receptions, was in town to see Fitzgerald complete the feat.

While Larry Legend is glad to see Rice and complete the achievement, he clarified that he's not happy enough with the final result. He made it painfully clear to everyone that there's nothing worth celebrating as the team struggled to finish the game.

“It’s hard to take anything good from losing,” Fitzgerald said in his press conference, per Pro Football Talk. “Losing two in a row at home, three home games [in the first four weeks] you don’t come out with a win that’s pretty depressing. It’s not much to really be happy about.”

Fitzgerald has experienced nothing but failure with the Cardinals. He's an eleven-time Pro Bowler but failed to compete for the all-important Super Bowl. However, he showed his loyalty to the team by not asking for a trade and staying with the same franchise since 2004.

Fortunately, he's experienced a resurgence in his career. Thanks to his partnership with rookie QB Kyler Murray, he's achieved the impressive feat in the all-time catchers' list.

If he stays for a couple more years, he can definitely take the top spot in the list. And who knows? Maybe Murray blossoms into an explosive quarterback and give him the Super Bowl ring he desires before walking off into the sunset.
