Mike Glennon is apparently that dude in which nothing can get him down.

The Arizona Cardinals veteran quarterback still feels as though he's “living the dream” despite recent professional failures, via Kyle Odegard of the Cards official team website.

“That’s what I feel like I’ve done over the past few years, always prepare and be ready for that opportunity,” Glennon said, via the team’s website. “When I was the backup in Tampa, it never really came. You just never know. I know Arizona has had that come up a lot recently. You have to go in with the mindset of, ‘I have to be ready to go.'”

Glennon, 28, seems to have a wonderful ability to keep things in perspective.

“You have to keep everything in perspective and realize I’m still living the dream,” the five-year NFL vet proclaims.

It's amazing considering the disastrous season he's looking to leave behind. In four games started for the Chicago Bears, Glennon threw just four touchdowns to five interceptions for a total of 833 yards to go along with a 66.4 completion percentage.

He was quickly benched in favor of rookie Mitchell Trubisky and suddenly, his days in Chicago became numbered.

Now in the desert, he'll need to battle another rookie in Josh Rosen. Oh yeah, veteran Sam Bradford is in town as well.

Still, it doesn't faze Mike Glennon. He's still living that dream.
