The Arizona Cardinals part ways with another quarterback.

According to Charean Williams of NBCSports, the 2-9 Cardinals decided to cut quarterback Charles Kanoff, who has yet to see action on the field this regular season.

The rookie becomes the second signal-caller cut by the Cardinals this November. That leaves Josh Rosen and Mike Glennon as the current active quarterbacks on their roster.

Earlier this month, eight-year veteran Sam Bradford was let go because of his ineffective performances this season.

The injury-prone Bradford struggled heavily with the Cardinals. He posted his worst numbers in his career during his short tenure with the team.

Bradford's 62.5 rating was the poorest he had in a single season. He also finished with two touchdowns compared to four picks in three games. That was the first time he finished with more interceptions than touchdowns in a season.

Kanoff wasn't drafted by any team in the 2018 NFL draft. He earned his way into the league after he signed with the Cardinals on May 1 as an undrafted free agent.

The 24-year-old QB played for the Princeton Tigers during his college days. There he managed to finish with 7,510 total yards and 43 touchdowns and 22 interceptions.

His best year in college came in his final year with the Tigers in 2017. Kanoff completed 73.2 percent of his passes with 3,474 yards and 29 touchdowns with only nine interceptions.

In four pre-season games, Kanoff passed for 178 yards, one touchdown with no interceptions. His 36 pass attempts were the highest for the team.

With his release, interested teams may now make a move for the free agent Kanoff.
