According to Adam Schefter on SportsCenter and Evan Silva on Twitter, all signs point to the Arizona Cardinals selecting Kyler Murray with the first pick in the NFL Draft.

This has been a question mark basically since it was announced that the Arizona Cardinals would have the first pick of the 2019 NFL Draft. Would they take a quarterback? If they do, what does that mean for Josh Rosen?

Now it appears we have the answer – sort of.

With signs pointing to the Cardinals taking Kyler Murray it seems they will be moving on from Rosen.

Murray is most analysts favorite quarterback in this draft, even despite his height. He has all the tools and is supremely athletic.

If the Cardinals do indeed take him, that frees them up to shop Rosen. They likely won't get a first-round pick in exchange for the man they took seventh-overall last season. However, they'll still get something in return (a third and another later pick perhaps)?

Those extra draft picks will give them more chances to draft some pieces to put in place for Murray. It will also bring up the question, who's trading for Rosen though?

There are quite a few teams that could be interested in him, but it wouldn't be shocking to see him not get traded until after the first round. Teams will wait to see if the quarterbacks they want in the first round are available when they pick.

For example, the New York Giants or Washington Redskins might want Dwayne Haskins. However, if he's gone by the time either team selects, they might feel Rosen for a third-rounder is much better value than taking any other available quarterback in the first round.

Whatever happens, what this really means is that the Cardinals are already switching up from the future they set in place just one year ago. They're also about to shake up the NFL.
