Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum is looking ready for the upcoming NBA season. Too ready that, according to Donovan Mitchell, he needs to get drug tested. After a series of photos of a swole Jayson Tatum went around on social media and literally broke Twitter (you get it), the Utah Jazz star poked fun at his huge transformation saying that he'll be called up for a drug test in no time.

“And just like that you will be drug tested tomorrow,” Mitchell commented in one of Tatum's buff photos on Twitter.

Obviously, it's a joke. But, interestingly enough, we've seen these things happen before. Just ask Mitchell's teammate Rudy Gobert who recently got random drug test jokes after looking quite swole himself.

Tatum's physical transformation though is just one of the many things the young leader has been working on this summer. Aside from gaining a ton of muscle, the two-time All-Star is also working on his mental health as he tries to channel out all the noise heading into his fifth season in the NBA.

All eyes will be on Tatum as he spearheads the way for the Celtics franchise again this season. Alongside partner Jaylen Brown and other vets like Marcus Smart and newbies Dennis Schroeder and Josh Richardson, look for Tatum to up his game to the next level as he tries to keep the Celtics' postseason streak alive.
