On Wednesday, Jaylen Brown went deep in his bag of tricks to take Ben Simmons to nursery school. The Boston Celtics star put on a show late in the third quarter that had Simmons confused as hell.
Simmons, one of the Philadelphia 76ers' best wing defenders, actually put up a good stand. It was just better offense from Brown as he dazzled his way to a fantastic bucket.
Brown had to let Simmons know he was too small after making the bucket with a savage flex.

The 6'10ā Simmons couldn't do anything on the play. Brown, who stands at 6'6ā³, was able to outmaneuver himself out of Simmons' length to give him enough space for a fadeaway jumper. That's as smooth as smooth gets for the Celtics forward.
Brown has been rolling this year in his fifth season for the Celtics. He's been on a tear as one of Boston's main men alongside Jayson Tatum. With Tatum missing his third game due to COVID-19, Brown continues to fill in the void as Boston's main man.
12 games into the 2020-21 season, it's been nothing but highs for the 24-year-old Brown. He's been averaging a career-high in points (25.8 per game), field goal percentage (52.9%), three-pointers (2.4 per game), and assists (3.8 per game).
As long as he can stay healthy and dodge the COVID-19 outbreak, Brown is poised to have a monster season which bodes well in his bid to lead the Celtics back to the playoffs.
