The Kansas City Chiefs took the league by storm last season. They had the league's MVP, the AFC's best record, and made it all the way to overtime of the AFC Championship Game. One Dee Ford offsides penalty away from the Super Bowl, they're looking to run it back in 2019.

They'll have some tough challenges along the way, and with the NFL releasing its full schedule Wednesday night, we finally have some clarity on their biggest games.

In Week 11, the Chiefs will head south of the border to take on the Chargers in Mexico City. The Chiefs were supposed to play the Rams in Mexico City last year, but the game ended up getting moved to Los Angeles due to concerns about the field safety. The Chargers and Chiefs look like the clear two best teams in the division, so this matchup will go a long way toward determining who is the top dog in the AFC West. The last time these teams played, Kansas City blew a late 14-point lead at home and let the Chargers pull off the improbable comeback.

In Week 14, the Chiefs will travel to New England for their highly anticipated rematch against the Patriots. They played the overtime thriller in the AFC Championship Game, but they also played an instant classic shootout during the regular season. The whole league has been waiting to see Patrick Mahomes vs. Tom Brady again ever since that playoff game, and there will be a ton of hype surrounding this one.

The Chiefs will host the Green Bay Packers in Week 8. It'll be the first time Mahomes plays against Aaron Rodgers in his young career. Everyone has been excited about this one for a while too, as the two gunslingers have some similarities in being able to make throws that seemingly nobody else can. These teams only play each other once every four years, so this is a pretty special occasion.

Whereas the matchups against the Chargers, Patriots, and Packers will pit Mahomes against the old guard of elite quarterbacks, he'll also face off with one of the best young quarterbacks in the league. The Chiefs will also host Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans in Week 6. Watson and Mahomes came into the league in the same draft class, taken just a couple of picks apart. This will be the first time they play each other, so it should be electrifying.
