Patrick Mahomes' fiancée, Brittany Matthews, went viral on Sunday for her viral champagne celebration following the Kansas City Chiefs' win over the Buffalo Bills.

After the Chiefs forced overtime and stunned the Bills in the extended period to seal their ticket to the AFC title game, Matthews celebrated in style by opening a champagne bottle and spraying it onto the fans in attendance at Arrowhead Stadium.

Apparently, though, not all fans were happy about it and were upset to get a surprise shower from her.

However, Matthews doesn't seem bothered by the controversy at all and is keeping the good vibes going with her reaction to the news. She quote-tweeted Kansas City sideline reporter Aly Trost who mentioned that those “people complaining about Brittany spraying champagne into the stands have clearly never won anything before.”

In a follow-up tweet, Patrick Mahomes' fiancée also responded to ESPN NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller on his point that those people made about her celebration has never been to Arrowhead Stadium.

It's certainly easy to see why Brittany Matthews went wild in her celebration. The Chiefs-Bills game was an instant classic that would go down as one of the best NFL playoff games in history, so her champagne shower might just be fitting for the moment.

As mentioned before, though, those upset fans might be more forgiving given the fact that their home team just won. There's nothing better than that!

And who knows. Should the Chiefs win the Super Bowl, who wouldn't want a champagne shower?
